We are hosted by an internet provider and our software from another provider. Due to our own security we won’t divulge those details. They adhere to all GDPR policies and will only be disclosed under extreme circumstances. They may at time to time for technical support access the website. This is done under a strict policy of passwords and password changes upon completion of any technical support. They do not access any part of a users account unless there are mitigating circumstances for example a security issue to the website.

We Lucyslabyrinth.co.uk are in no way repsonsible for the content of these messages. Once an order is placed it is securely processed through Lucyslabyrinth.co.uk and our providers as described. Any correspondance between you the Vendor and the Customer are your responsibilty. By this we mean you cannot discuss taking the transaction privately or ask for any details without gaining permission. We don’t see these messages unless we suspect misuse. This is entirely your responsibilty as Vendor or Customer. We aren’t liable in any way for this correspondance. If we suspect a breach in anyway your account will be investigated removed or reported where appropriate.

SOCIAL MEDIA SHARING
We sometimes want to share offers with you and will have advertisements on our website. We do this as we all love a bargain! as specified in our terms and conditions we hold no responsibilty once re directing from our website to any external companies policies.
YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION FOR VENDORS
When you register your shop as a Vendor you will be asked to submit your Paypal email address. We hold this information to process your payments securely with Paypal. This information is held for as long as you hold an account with us/And or up to a month after an order has been placed upon an account deletion request. This is to protect both parties Vendor and Customer in the event of a dispute. The details will be archived and deleted within the 30 day period.
YOUR PAYMENT INFROMATION CUSTOMERS
When placing an order we will ask for your payment details for paypal. We don’t see any financial information as Paypal securely process the payments.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records for 12 months unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Due to the nature of our site we don’t currently adopt an age restriction programme. There are many young budding entrepenuers so we don’t discriminate on age. However we do insist that all of our customers agree to the terms and conditions before becoming a vendor.
YOUR DATA AND RIGHTS
We protect your data and implement the appropriate security protocols. This is and has always been our priority. Whilst we implement and maintain these services correctly we cannot be held responsible for the good faith we put in these third party services and will not be held liable for any breach occuring from the security providers we use.
You have the right to ask us to remove, amend or change your personal information at any time using the contact details below. Please note service engines cache pages of all sites. This means they take a digital photograph that can but not neccessarily still show for upto 24 hours after deletion. Once your changes have been done by ourselves we have no control over the potential period your page may still show on a search engine. It won’t be available by searching Lucyslabyrinth.co.uk internally.
In our terms and conditions we state that once your shop and products have been uploaded, we reserve the right to use them for marketing purposes. Also it clearly states that you have taken full responsibility for your uploaded products via a secure device.
We responsibly from time to time may use your store and products to responsibly market you the Vendor and us Lucyslabyrinth.co.uk. If at any time you decide to delete your account we will do this for you. We cannot guarantee that if your products have been used in an appropriate marketing campaign that they can be traced back and deleted. Your account will be but we cannot take responsibility for all marketing campaigns from the past or the future.
We do always suggest that as a matter of precaution you can watermark your pictures for any purposes either with us or any other platforms you may use.
